What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Your Instagram password. The service does not need it and we never ask for it. Anyone asking you for it in our name is not us.
To deliver the service you paid for, to take payment, to answer your questions, and to meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Only the suppliers we need to run the service — our payment processor, our email provider, and our hosting and analytics providers. Each of them sees only what their part of the job requires.
Campaign data for as long as your subscription is active, then 90 days. Billing records for six years, because tax rules require it. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our support address and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your subscription, because we cannot run a campaign without a handle.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block them in your browser; the site will still work, but you will be signed out each visit.
Traffic to this site is encrypted. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
