These terms cover your use of BeLike AI. Read them before you subscribe. They are short on purpose.

1. Who we are

BeLike AI is operated by EDTECH MARKET LLP, registered in England and Wales at International House, 64 Nile Street, London, N1 7SR. We provide AI growth software. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Instagram or Meta.

2. Where we operate

We are registered in the United Kingdom but do not trade in the United Kingdom and do not serve UK residents. If you are resident in the UK you are not eligible to subscribe. We ask you to confirm your country at signup and we may close an account and refund it in full if we find this term was not met. We serve customers everywhere else.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3. What the service does

BeLike AI analyzes public account data and optimizes targeting, forecasts and growth analytics.

We do not sell followers, likes, comments or views. We do not use bots to inflate your numbers. We do not guarantee any specific follower count — results depend on your content, your niche and your existing audience.

4. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You give us your Instagram handle.We never ask for your Instagram password and you should never give it to us or to anyone claiming to be us.

You are responsible for keeping your Instagram account in good standing and for complying with Instagram's own terms. If Instagram restricts your account for reasons unrelated to our work, we cannot lift that restriction.

5. Trial, billing and cancellation

New monthly subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Annual subscriptions have no free trial — the full year is charged when you subscribe.

After the trial your plan renews automatically each month, or each year on annual plans, at the price shown when you subscribed. We charge on the same date each cycle.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to promote an account that impersonates someone, sells illegal goods, targets minors, or publishes content that is hateful, violent or sexually explicit. We may end your subscription immediately if you do, and we will refund any unused period.

7. What we are not responsible for

We are responsible for providing the software features in your plan. We are not responsible for what Instagram does to your account, for lost revenue, or for indirect losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
