Refund Policy — BeLike AI

This Refund Policy forms part of the BeLike AI Terms of Service. It applies to the paid BeLike AI Software. The subscription purchases access to the software features in the selected plan, not any quantity of followers, likes, comments, views, traffic or engagement.

1. Monthly free trial

An eligible new monthly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when the monthly trial is started. If you cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly subscription charge will not be submitted.

Annual subscriptions do not include a free trial.

2. 30-day voluntary money-back guarantee

BeLike offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription charge.

To qualify:

1. the request must be made within 30 calendar days after the charge for that period;
2. it applies to the first paid subscription charge for the customer/service account;
3. the guarantee may be used once;
4. the account must not have been used for fraud, payment abuse or a material breach of the Terms; and
5. the customer must not have deliberately prevented BeLike from providing the service and then claimed a refund on that basis.

The guarantee is not conditional on achieving or failing to achieve any follower, like, comment, view, traffic, engagement or growth forecast. BeLike Growth Engine outputs and other estimates are not refund SLAs. BeLike does not provide a separate contractual 7-day growth guarantee.

The voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, any refund or remedy required by mandatory law.

3. Renewal charges

The 30-day voluntary guarantee does not automatically apply again to monthly or annual renewal charges.

A renewal can still be refunded where required by mandatory law, where the charge was made after a valid cancellation that should have stopped the renewal, or where another rule in this Policy applies.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year at purchase and renew annually until cancelled.

After the voluntary first-charge guarantee period, cancelling an annual subscription stops the next renewal but does not create an automatic voluntary pro-rata refund for unused months.

5. Billing errors and service failure

BeLike will correct and, where appropriate, refund:

• a duplicate or incorrect charge;
• a charge made after a valid cancellation that should have stopped that renewal;
• a payment that BeLike can verify was not authorised by the payer, subject to payment-provider procedures and law; or
• a paid period that BeLike failed to provide because of BeLike’s own material failure, to the extent a refund or price reduction is appropriate under the contract or applicable law.

6. Exclusions from the voluntary guarantee

The voluntary guarantee does not require a refund where the request is based solely on:

• dissatisfaction with a particular follower, reach, engagement, sales or revenue outcome that was not guaranteed;
• a change made by Instagram/Meta or another third-party platform that BeLike did not cause;
• customer-provided information, content, account status or instructions that prevented delivery;
• fraud, abusive repeated refund use, chargeback abuse or a material breach of the Terms; or
• a renewal charge outside the first-charge voluntary guarantee.

These exclusions do not remove a mandatory legal remedy.

7. Cancellation is not the same as refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not by itself reverse a charge already made.

A refund request and any statutory withdrawal are separate rights/processes and may have different eligibility rules.

8. Mandatory consumer rights

BeLike’s paid service is offered for professional/business use. If a competent authority nevertheless treats a particular purchaser as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights apply notwithstanding this Policy.

Where applicable, a statutory withdrawal right is separate from this voluntary guarantee. No provision in this Policy shortens or removes a statutory withdrawal period, chargeback right, conformity remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. How to request a refund

Use the BeLike AI Contact page or the current BeLike AI support/contact route. Include enough information to identify the subscription and payment without sending full payment-card details or Instagram credentials.

We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the charge, eligibility and payment ownership.

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment route. Bank/payment-provider processing time is outside BeLike’s direct control.
